James and I took a day trip out to Mt Rainer. We were going to take a 5 mile hike, but it turned out that the hike we wanted to take was closed down. We had already driven 2 hours to hike, so we decided to do another hike. The problem with the place that we came to? They had a flood or washout 3 years earlier so you had to walk 3 miles to get to ANY of the hikes.....this adds 6 miles to ANY hike. We decided that we were STRONG and that we could do it. Little did I know that there would be BEES that would follow us (or should I say ME) the whole hike !! GRRRRRRR
